Sorry for the lack of posts lately. As you can see we’ve been changing the look of things here. But now that the transition is mostly complete, it will be back to business.

Wordpress looks good here. I like the new digs.

  2. Steve Lombardi

Pete – best of luck with the new format.

Orange & Blue? Say, aren’t those the Mets colors?

    Dude!

  3. Doreen

Steve, I had the same initial reaction to the colors!

    Looks great.

  4. TurnTwo

I saw the change over at LoHudMets… I’m not sure I like it, yet, but i’ll see if it grows on me.

but if it doesn’t, you’ll just have to change it back.

Not sure about these colors… I don’t really appreciate being bombarded with Mets colors when I’m searching for Yankees info. Can’t a compromise be reached here?

  6. Gayle

Hmmm – I must be color blind as it looks like Yankee Blue and White to me. Looks very good and even better that I dont have to login via Goggle anymore (that was always a extra step)

  7. Peter Abraham

fixed the colors – no worries

  8. Matt

Very nice, a little change is good every now and then.

    Peter -

Can you continue to post you pictures in the comments? I found it a helpful tool in cutting through a lot of the BS comments and getting to what you had to say.

    Thanks.

  10. Allison

Easy to read…almost thought I had pulled up the wrong blog at first. Lookin’ good.

  13. Jessica Lee

Look Good even though i try to get used to now.

  14. Jonathan Everett

    I love the new look!

  15. BillyJoBob

Pete, you still look the same! I was hopin mebbe for a new pic of you with Michelle Wie or Summer Sanders or any other adoring Babe. Other than that, looks way better and easier to read.

  16. Jimmy the Saint

Nice look. I like it. Interesting look on the comments section.

  17. kiwiyankee

I recently checked out other LoHud blogs and found out there are ones for the Knicks, Giants and Rangers, so I was pleased. I also noticed they had similar formats to each other, but were different than yours. Then, today, bam, I’m hit with the format here.

I should point out that they have clever names like “Knicks Knacks” and yours is “LoHud Yankees Blog”…maybe you could change it to “The Peter Abraham Yankees Blog Starring Peter Abraham (With Special Guest Appearance by Tom Brady??? No? Darn!)”

Also, I guess we no longer need to log in to post comments? You may want to change that the next time the Yankees play the Red Sox and Matsuzaka tosses a no-hitter or the Bombers light him up for 7 runs in 5 innings.

Looks good, and we don’t have to sign up for a blogger account!
