That doesn't mean he's decided not to opt out, that means he's either not decided or isn't talking about it yet. Basically, means nothing other than that he said what he should say before the season. He doesn't have to make that decision till November (has to play this year first) and would be foolish to say anything right now one way or the other. If he says, yeah, I'm outta here, he'll get a hell of a lot more than boo-ed at the Stadium this year. If he says no way, I'm staying, question goes away, but then he'll look a whole lot worse after the season if he goes back on his word and opts out.
