I didn't get that at all from the audio at all. It sounds like he was saying that they used to be very good friends and hang out when they were young, now they get along ok but aren't real tight and don't hang out much anymore. And he still said that the relationship is better than what "most of you guys expect." Why does the media try to make a huge deal and create more conflict out of every benign comment? What do you say to a guy who, in the three years with your team, has hit 119 home runs, 476 RBI, and roughly a .400 OBP? Sorry, you're not good?
