Agreed. He did strike out a lot of guys in Japan. But ’round these parts, you want to rack up a lot of K’s you have to blow it by people. Igawa’s stuff doesn’t percolate towards that end, or at least that’s the scouting I’ve read.

I think this guy could be key to a successful Yankee campaign this year and I’m aching to get a look at him on the hill. Then we’ll all know what he’s got.
