Kevin Reese belted a two-run homer in the fifth and it’s 2-2 here at the old ballyard.

Phil Franchise is dealing. He walked Dave Dellucci on four pitches then picked him off before striking out Ryan Garko. Hector Luna singled in the fifth but Hughes buried a two-seamer in on Mike Rouse and got a 4-6-3 double play.

It looks like Hughes is done after two innings and 24 pitches. His line: 2 1 0 0 1 1.
