According to the Associated Press:

Phil Hughes went 4.2 innings today, pitching for Trenton against Scranton. He threw 90 pitches and allowed two runs, five hits and two walks while fanning eight. He’s scheduled to pitch the second game of the season for Scranton on Friday. Tyler Clippard will go in the first game on Thursday.

Jeff Karstens is scheduled for a bullpen session tomorrow. Chien-Ming Wang is set to throw from halfway up a mound on Tuesday. He did that today for 40 pitches and said he felt fine.
