Damon out; Cabrera in

Melky Cabrera went out to center field to start the top of the sixth inning. No word yet on what is wrong with Johnny Damon.

UPDATE: He has what are being called “cramps” in both of his calf muscles.

Meanwhile Kazmir stayed in for the sixth and allowed a 3-2 single by Jorge Posada to left. He’s at 101 pitches. Their bullpen is brutal, but still.
