First off, we’re going to have to take the blog off line during games if this keeps up. I don’t care what you post, just don’t use obscene language.

I had to delete 10 posts already. Show some class. 95 percent of you are great posters. The rest seem to be children,

Now for the interesting stuff:

Alex Rodriguez is one of three players in history with three walk-off slams. The others are Vern Stephens of the old St. Louis Browns and Cy Williams of Philadelphia. Nobody has done it since 1950.

Hideki Matsui did not go for tests and believes he is OK. Bobby Abreu was hit inside the knee and also thinks he is OK. Johnny Damon is sure he’s OK and expects to start tomorrow.

The line for the bullpen today: 4 1 0 0 1 4

Bad job of managing by Sam Perlozzo. How do you not have Jamie Walker ready for Jason Giambi in the 8th? And how does Chris Ray throw a 1-2 fastball over the plate to a hitter like A-Rod?

It’s stupid to say Game 4 was huge. But this was the kind of win that leads to you looking up and noticing they’re 17-7 and off to a great start.

Torre and A-Rod audio to come.
