Karstens just had a better spring. When all the starters are healed up, Hughes gets called up and maybe Clemens is signed it´ll be crowded. I think the two of them become nice long relief/spot starter options. With all the talent coming in and the names already signed, they are cheap nice options to have. However I think they will ultimately get converted to the pen due to a lack of room or traded. Kris,

As for Melky, I love the kid. I think he has a lot of petential and you cannot deny his defense.
