Somebody on this blog asked the question and I heard some of the Mets beat writers (the cool kids) were discussing the same thing.

If you were a closer in the big leagues, what would your entrance song be?

Now, a few rules to keep in mind here:

You may only get 60-120 seconds of song for the people to hear, so it has to be a song that works immediately. No picking “Enter Sandman” or “Hell’s Bells” or whatever else somebody already uses. The song also should be representative of your musical tastes.

Mine would be “Ramrod” by Bruce Springsteen, a lesser song off “The River.” Great guitar riff at the beginning.

Second choice would be “GATman and Robbin” by 50 Cent.
