Jason Giambi left the game with what was termed “leg cramps.”

Mike Mussina, according to the Yankees, just came out of the game. Nothing was wrong physically. Just a guess, but five innings was probably all he could manage given his lack of work. He had pitched two innings in the majors going back to April 7.

Hard to expect a guy to come out and toss seven given that lack of work.
