Home run drought over for Yankees

That home run by Alex Rodriguez broke a skid of 31 innings without a home run by the Yankees.

The Yankees have outscored Texas 27-7 this season. Not counting tonight, they are 18-5 against the Rangers over the last three seasons.

Doug “Lou Gehrig” Mientkiewicz is 10 of his last 23 with eight RBI. His batting average has gone from .140 to .233 in eight games. They should sign him to an extension now before it’s too late.

I’m kidding.

Some techies somewhere are working on getting the comments working again. Sorry about this.
