Walking around Safeco

It was a nice enough day to walk to the park today, so I did. As I got to Safeco, I noticed that all of the gates are adorned with bronze plaques with short poems on them,

Being the total baseball nerd that I am, I walked around the entire place and read them all.

The one above was my favorite.

Meanwhile there were two bus loads of Japanese fans outside the team store. From what I could tell, everybody was either inside purchaing Ichiro jerseys or standing outside smoking.
