Roger Clemens was there for about five hours today. He played catch in the outfield for about seven minutes then spent a little more than hour running and doing fielding drills. He also spent about 30 minutes on the mound with Phil Hughes talking about mechanics.

Clemens did not take questions from reporters other than to say his workout was, “good.”

Clemens will throw in the bullpen tomorrow and start for Class A Tampa on Friday.

The photo is of Clemens signing for fans after his workout.
