The real story is why is a Red Sox scum coming over here gloating when their own team lost the series to the Rockies, in their own dump as well.

We should forget about Kei Igawa and get somebody with real promise up for Friday. There are already a few guys from the '06 draft pitching in the majors. The Yanks should add to the total by calling up Kennedy or Joba. Joba the hutt ain't going to learn much against the craptacular eastern league so we might as well get him up here and see what he can do. At least we would get to watch a Yankee starter throw in the upper 90's for the first time in a while. Or we could call up Al Horne, who's also dominating the EL and is older and a bit more experienced that both Joba and Kennedy. I don't care which one but please don't subject us fans to the $46,000,000 man.

There is no reason to be kicking ourselves (and eachother) when we're down. The Yanks endless numerous comebacks whether it be in the face of Boston or the Orioles, etc should have no bearing on our willingness to win and as someone pointed out before, the number that they lead by is of no consequence. We aren't the sad Sox fans who live to see the Yanks lose, rather than the their own team win. Our undeniable strength lies in the ability to live with our team's success, not the other team's woes. And it speaks volumes to the caliber of the sox fans who need a 2 game losing streak to track this board down and spew the only trash they've been waiting a century to regurgitate: that for once, they are winning....no, scratch that, we are losing.

We the Yankee fans are not easily rattled... Say whatever you want and hopefully you truly feel happier... We will take one game at a time - it is never finished until it is finished...

Go Yankee!
