They are not just dumping a guy who makes good money and has, in theory, good stuff. Even if that guy is Kyle Farnsworth. I don't see why that's so hard to understand. And really, has he been less effective than Myers has been? I don't think so. The sad state of the Yankees bullpen currently is that Farnsworth is not their least effective reliever. Just for the record, the radar gun at PNC Field in Scranton is a little on the slow side. If Joba sat at 97, he probably was more like 98 or 99.
