		<description>even if salcedo isnt the lightsout player everyone thinks he is hes still a extrmemly valuable commodity.im sure the yankee hype machine will be cranking full bore on this kid.he can even be flpped in a package for a bigtime starter maybe willis or santana or sabathia..i think ts worth the 3-4 million</description>

Consider that Wang, Cano and Cabrera have all come via IFA. I&#039;m not advocating spending that money on the kid, but I wouldn&#039;t want the reason we didn&#039;t sign him to be &quot;We really liked him but he was too expensive.&quot;</description>
