There is no such ID on the chowdaheadz ad. I am sure the ad is placed deliberately on Pete's page to diss/tweak Yankees fans here. A complete waste of money on their part, of course, but I guess it's worth it to them for the psychological satisfaction. Typical frustrated/neurotic sox fan behavior. However, a team needs to start one if they are constantly getting messed with. Case in point: Soriano then Jeter getting drilled by Pedro in back-to-back at-bats. The next guy up should've pointed at Pedro and said "Watch it." If Varitek and the ump wanted to get between the batter and Pedro and it breaks up quickly, whatever, at least it gets Pedro thinking twice. Maybe Pedro doesn't go inside. What do you think that pri ck Youkilis was doing to Joba staring at him? If the Yanks want to return the favor, good, just be smart about it. Have Chris Britton drill Manny in the bottom of the 9th up 8-2 with 2 outs. Cut the cra p about suspensions, you know as well as I do A-Rod, Pettitte, Mo, Wang, Jeter, Matsui basically the top 10 players on the team won't get tossed. Also we can't deny that brawls are an element to the rivalry. Is it needed? Of course it isn't, but at some point you have to put your foot down and say enough with the HBP by Boston. If Mike Timlin hits Shelley Duncan, I'm all for Shelley charging him cuz it sends a message "We will not be f&cked with anymore." It makes Boston think twice. So drop the namecalling and calling people 10 year olds and realize the beef is part of the rivalry.
