We had our ‘04 championship to keep us from giving up altogether, but what if the Red Sox organization is only meant for failure? It’s just getting a little out of hand now, when we’re only 6 outs from finally capturing the AL east, we give up 6 runs. In ‘03, we’re only a few outs away, and we cough up a major lead. We’re only a win or two from burying the Yankees in ‘78, and we lose all four. I finally figured out this is where we’re supposed to be, always-close-but-never-there. In return, we get the Patriots and the Celtics, two organizations that are winners. I fear, sad but true. You almost start to feel sorry for them. Born losers. Classic boston fan,

Anyone else think Veras showed some pretty nasty stuff last night? 97mph heater and nice deuce - needs to work on the location though.
