Rough loss but, they’ll bounce back today.
Posada trying to score from 3rd on a foul pop wasn’t the best idea. He has had a great year hitting, an ok year on defense, but his base running has always been very poor.
Reports say Bonds wants to sign with the Boston Socks and has been advised to house hunt in So. Boston. They will use him at first base and put Youkilis in left field after ridding themselves of Manny. Bonds says he’s always liked a college atmosphere and will learn the word chowdah quickly.
I could not fall asleep last night after the game, and it was because the yankees do not have a 3rd catcher. Someone dropped the baseball.
I realize you’re joking, at least I think you are, but honestly, why would anyone want bonds?!?
It’s beyond me.
I thought I heard somewhere that Shelley could catch? Did I dream that up? I know his dad was a catcher, so I may be getting that confused.
I will be so upset if Edwar makes the postseason roster, there is a reason he was in an indy league.
