Congrats to the Yankees for beating the Sox in their series matchups.

All tonight meant was that over 162 games, the Red Sox were the better team. Congratulations, Boston Red Sox.

I’m not here to gloat or make stupid comments. Of course I am glad the Sox won the division, but I very well remember that the Sox entered the 2004 playoffs as the wild card entry. I will be the first to admit that the Yankees have a very potent offensive lineup and therefore can produce a lot of runs in a short amount of time. In some ways the season is just now really beginning for both the Sox and the Yankees. Congratulations to the Yankees for whittling down an almost 15 game lead from earlier this year. I am keenly aware that you guys will be a tough opponent for whoever you play.

When the Yankees win the pennant and the World Series, you can keep your stinking Division T-Shirts. Plus, I already have 11 Al East Champs T-Shirts. Thats more than 2 times more Al East Championships than the Red Sox have in their existence and they are from the last 10 years.

I hate Boston as much as anyone. But Boston must be happy that they play the Angels because the Angels never ever beat them. Also Vlad looks like Cairo against them. So Boston beats the Angels and then the Yanks get to beat them on there way to Number 27. None of Bostons pitchers scare me.
