I wouldn't want to deal with that either, what manager does and it works? i mean, come on! I really don't think the paycut is the reason why he declined, it's b/c he is saying he didn't need monetary incentives to win and one year is just not enough, he may as well start somewhere else of ride off into the sunset. I wish him all the best, and we fans will all miss him, esp when we are not in the playoffs next year!
