Alot of good people are being "convicted" in the court of public opinion with very bad and weak evidence. Evidence that is so weak any judge in the country would be forced to throw it out of court. I really think by naming names MLB has done more damage then good with regards to the players union and this era of "friendship or mutual understanding" between the two is over. He just wasn't so dumb as to go through mcNamee. Now that'll really get folks pissed, suggesting Saint Derek. This isn't everyone who used.
