The only thing about SS is that they divide up the starters. The only good thing that might happen is if their other game is far away. If is it against the Red Sox or Astros (places that are far away) they wont send too many of their big guys. In spring training though it really doesnt matter because the guys only play about 3 or so innings in the beginning of camp. So your starters will be showered and gone by the 4th inning anyhow.
