    Phenomenal!

  2. Rebecca--Save Yankee Stadium

    It looks great!

  3. Matt (In Toronto)

    cant wait for 09

  4. AYankeeinBoston

Thanks Pete, the album is fantastic.

  5. Lori

WOW! I got chills. Thanks for sharing these Pete.

In other news, what do you know about the upcoming McNamee press conference in Congress? I’m waiting for it to get started. Maybe it will a confession from McNamee as he gets led away in handcuffs, or is that just wishful thinking?

  6. Lori

Yuck. They’re showing pictures of the needles and gauze. Including a beer can from Roger’s garbage where they stored used needles.

  7. Boston Dave

    Lori,

    is there a link?

  8. Ranting Guy

New stadium looks great. I’ll miss the upper deck being so close to the field, especially since those will be the only seats an average guy can afford more than a couple times a year!

Never mind how much a pooch and a couple cold ones will go for. At those prices it’ll be too expensive to buy a round of beers for the kids! :)

  9. Small Res

The sizes of the photos are so tiny, I can barely see any detail. Can you post larger res photos, like at least 1024×768?

  10. Ranting Guy

    BTW …

    pooch = dog

    “BEEEEEE-yah hee-YAH!”

  11. MikeEff - Shelley at First

yeah, the pix are awfully small…

  12. JBRO

I’m guessing Pete has no control of the size of the photos and its actually up to the web people at LoHud. Huge images would slow there site down…

  13. MikeEff - Shelley at First

there is a happy medium when it comes to small pix and slowing down their website. i doubt they so little bandwidth that they would have to worry about that

  14. MikeEff - Shelley at First

for those that haven’t checked it out already…here are some great stadium pix posted today at river av blues

Lori: They stored needles in a BEER can?!

I’m no lawyer but something tells me that it’s beyond inadmissible in court…

  16. Doreen

And the beer can didn’t compromise the “evidence”?

This is just getting more and more bizarre. And I’m just getting more and more disgusted.

Even if Roger did not do steroids/hgh, at the very least he certainly misjudged the person he trusted to keep him in shape. It’s starting to sound to me like McNamee thought working for Roger was going to set him up for life, and it didn’t quite work out that way, so….

  17. ThatWasMe

A beautiful site, Babe would love it.

  18. Central CT Yankee

I store all mine in a Pepsi Can

  19. Fran

    Thanks for the pictures Pete.

  20. jennifer-Phil Hughes saved!!

    How bizarre!

from the looks of the models and renderings the frieze will only be above where the upper deck is and not above the scoreboard as well, ala the current stadium. a huge disappointment in my opinion. when homeruns are seen on tv (camera generally behind home plate) you should see that freize.

beautiful–can’t wait for it to open.
