It’s a joke that the only thing we have to hear about is the steroid issue. I’d be far more interested to hear how players are performing. Can’t the reporters focus on baseball a little bit?
That’s’ life in pinstripes, Jeff. The sports pages here are Page 6 mixed with a little National Enquirer, plus Star magazine, TMZ.com and Perez Hilton when nothing’s going on.
I listen to Gordon Damer all the time (A friend of yours Pete?)… his theory, they talk about this stuff because they want to talk about baseball… On March 31st it’ll all end.
Of course tomorrow the media will be focused on Andy Pettitte. But with position players due on Wednesday I’m sure that ARod will deflect some of the attention away from Andy. The media seems to focus on ARod as well. Then maybe we can get away from PEDs.
