He's doing part of the Pettitte/Clemens "Navy Seal" workout before practice with Andy in addition to all of the team drills and running. I'm not surprised he's tired after all that. John,

They put players in groups. The groupings can be for a bunch of different reasons. It isn't a big deal. Its about getting the work in. That's all that matters. Perhaps they don't want somebody with Joba's stuff to face the better players this early in camp. If its not harnessed yet, guys could get hurt. If Moose hits somebody, nobody gets hurt. If Joba hits somebody, they are out for awhile. You don’t really understand how ST works, do you?
