If you need any help with anything, by all means let me know. I’ve love to help you organize in any way possible. Being I’m in the area, and am down at the Stadium on a daily basis(possibly working there soon as a Scranton/Wilkes-Barre employee, job interview upcoming)so I definately am informed.

I could also help out with helping people find a good place to stay, eat, ect.

The Cards USED to have a farm club there. It’s been maybe 4 years since they moved. The Skyland Skyhawks play in the CanAm independant league and use that stadium now.

I use Access link and I’m not sure they drive to PA. I’d love to go to this though. I’ve always wondered why teams don’t have their farm clubs closer to where they play like in Sussex County New Jersey, the St. Louis Cardinals have a team there and that’s no where near Missouri. The games are great to watch.

I think some regional meet-ups could result from this. I would love to participate in a Chicago outing to a White Sox-Yankee game this season with other forumites.

I’d go to the Scranton meet, but there are no reservations available at Schrute Farms.

It would be cool if someone organized a Yankee road trip, catch a game in Camden Yards or Safeco etc… Logistically it would be a real pain in the butt, but it would be fairly easy to score some pretty decent seats. Just an idea.

I went to 2 games at Scranton last season and they were great! I would definitely be interested in a road trip this summer.

I think it’s a great idea Pete. Sad to say but I don’t live anywhere near NY lately. Whoever goes make sure to get some great pictures of our upcoming prospects. If it would be up to me I would go to one with fireworks. Probably wouldn’t want to go to a mud hen game though, the Tigers gave away plenty of prospects this offseason.
