Mo is my favorite Yankee but CMW is right up there. Such a good guy, hard worker and talented player. I hope the change-up works and agree he will be deadly. Go Wanger!

my mets prediction for 2008. Wracked by injuries and age, delgado and alou provide nothing and the offense is weak all year. Pedro and el Duque combine for less than 20 starts, which exposes pelfrey and humber as not what they were cracked up to be. Delgado's decline continues and this team flops badly. Santana goes 20-8 with a 3.11 and a cy young but thats the only attraction as the Mets are passed by the phils and braves early and end up at 80-82. Minaya is fired and the mets are forced to rebuild heading into thieir inaugrual citi park season.

If this third pitch experiment works out (the change), Wang could finally break the 20 win barrier.

If Wang shows another 19 or more win year it'll be hard not to agree that he deserves a long-term deal.

I could definitely see CMW giving the discount free agency years to get a multi year deal next year. He seems to really enjoy pitching in NY.
