Andrea

My first choice would be Mo, because it could be a dramatic enterance.

A-Rod...he's homeriffic

Jeter...the crowd favorite

Andrea - I say go with Joba. If his sister likes the moose call, then he will love the "Jo-Ba!" chant! Or... Posada. Who doesn't love a good "Hip Hip"?

Ok, no one answered me (that I could see) the other day, so I'm asking again!

My French friends are coming to visit me in June. One of them lived here for a while and I've taken her to a couple Yankee games (her favorites are Matsui and Mussina. She loves the Moose call). Her brother is coming to the US for the first time and he wants to go to a Yankee game. To get him psyched, I want to send him a t-shirt, like I did for her before her first game. But what player should I send him?!?

Very important stuff...

But Eck is just so scraptastic.

I'm glad the Jays are taking up a roster space with him, at lead-off, for now, no less.

"Does anyone else hate the fact that we have to deal with Eckstein 18 times this year?"

No! Not a leadoff man with a league-average OBP! And no slugging ability! And poor defense at shortstop!

One thing I liked about the '98 season was that the fans were positive even when a guy had an off day. And EVERY player will have them.

Too many people are trigger happy when a guy has a shaky inning. Some guy issues a walk or another bobbles a grounder, he gets booed. Back in '98 YOU would have been booed if you made a stink about something like that.

OK lets see if we can get this right. It's only spring training so sit back and watch guys get themselves in shape. Boston fans are losers partly because they're compulsive whiners. No whining from anyone here. But poking fun at Igawa is fine.

Bottom line: Have a good time. And quit yer whining.
