There’s some big news in Japan tonight. Hideki Matsui is getting married in the near future in the United States. The future Mrs. Godzilla is reportedly a 25-year-old former office worker.
Matsui will be holding a press conference tomorrow at Legends Field, I’ve been told. Thanks to several Japanese readers who e-mailed the story.
No word if Derek Jeter will hold a press conference to say he plans to continue working his way through actresses and models.
I hope Jeter plans the Bachelor Party.

murphy–I know you weren’t directing the question to me, but I’m a single woman around Rebecca’s age (I’m 24), so I’m going to offer my unsolicited opinion on that: Not only would I let him keep it, but I’d probably add to it. To me, porn is a fun guilty pleasure, and not anywhere near being along the lines of cheating, or even maintaining a friendship with an ex. It’s all in good fun.
Re: Jeter. In all seriousness, something tells me that there may come a time when he’ll FINALLY stop “working his way through actresses and models,” and we’ll all find out why. That’s just a hunch, though. I claim nothing as fact.
