When he came up from Reading he got the job done. I know he hasn't as well this spring, but I wanted to use Kendrick as an example to compare to Patterson. Patterson is the BEST choice for the Yankees PERIOD! He can do three innings if he has to. He even started for Trenton last season when they were in need.
