hopstop.com sent me on the E, but looking at the subway map, it looks like the 1 line lets me avoid 8th Avenue. And the stops are about equi-distant from where I need to be on both ends (Penn Station and 50th St). Do I have that right?

RSM I fear they may be in a land fill somewhere.

Hopefully someone salvaged them.
If they could be found it would be cool to put them up somewhere around the new park.
