On the bright side Abaladejo and Ohlendorf looked good. Hopefully Petite gives them a good start. If Mats catches that fly, it's a 1 run inning. And a lot of the hits that inning were bloops and few few soft ground balls. I won't defend Hawkins, but he didn't pitch nearly as bad as the result. Sure, LaTroy and Farnsworth layed eggs, but in my opinion, Matsui is just as culpable.
