"slow hands" is really a misnomer because the hands are just along for the ride. it's the arms that are moving slower and maybe the rotation of the body that has slowed down. the hands are just at the end of the whip. when everything is done right in sequence ,you get "fast hands". damon's conditioning of his core, his flexibility, his shoulder and elbow health and conditioning all could be contributing to his "slow hands". or as you hint that he's just getting old. cb
