Stew,
yeah I`m a moron. Heres how I see it Mr. Expert. The team stikns right now. They have a thin bullpen. They have a thin bench. They have old starter pitching, and their young starters cannot get it done. Luxary tax? With all the $$$ they make its not an issue, and has never been an issue. The team is in last place, and most of its players are underachieving. its almost 1/4 of the way through the season, and 40 games is a barometer. Keep Petitite?? ok, Keep Moose?? ok, Wang ok for sure. but bring someone else substantial in.

why doesn't anyone give edwar ramirez credit for the way he is pitching? he has not allowed a run all year in the minors or the majors.

Blue takes over in 2009....the Democrats, the Yankees, the NY Giants (again). The economy makes a comeback. The Yankees restore their glory. Boston moves out of first place. The Earth starts spinning on its normal axis again.

For those of you in the positive group, I feel you. This team looks AWEFUL right now. Actually, worse than aweful! But as bleak as things seem, they aren't as bleak as this time last year.

The 1996 World Series taught me to never give up hope. I had written the Yanks off after game 2.

One thing I learned from last season bad start, was how many jumped ship right around this time as the Month of May was coming to an end....Then came late July and as August rolled in so were the Yanks and of course all the fans...Fans who wrote them off have short memories.....As I m reading this late blog, I'm noticing fans who still feel that this will go away and the Yanks come rolling back....I'm not going to make the same mistake as last season and not keep names,,,,Only thenames of the Yankee fan who still believes and will stay true to their personnal convictions....Then come Sptember we'll have the right to call them out as bandjumpers...I found a few tonight.....Nick in SF,,,,,Stuart,,,,V....Randy 1...Sara....A bond of belief, and a right to rip into them when called upon....But also to promote the good fourtunes that will be coming out of the tunnel at 161 st & River Ave....

"V., Clemens didn’t start and of those games, but he came into the Sunday afternoon game, which was a Wang start, I think. That’s how blown apart out bullpen was both in general and after the Colorado series… yikes. I’ve got the pictures to prove it!"

Yeah, I was just about to come back and say I lied, he relieved ;-)
