Sure, but that’s more on ownership, no? i agree that it's an ownership problem too. ownership and management are kind of different aspects of the same thing. cleveland has a bigger front office than the yankees and they have a planned bump up of shapiro with the present assistant gm (antonetti) taking over. the plan stays intact, but young energy comes in. and old energy(experience) isn't lost. cashman could be bumped up and not lost. and the youth plan could still stay.as much as it sounds like i hate cashman , i'd rather he stay in the organization so the yankees benefit from his experience. Can the guy get assistants/more employees to help with other areas like strength and conditioning? Sure, but that’s more on ownership, no?
