Just looked at the handy stats Pete provides.

Cano in nine at-bats against Carlos Silva:

.333 (three hits, for the public schoolers); 3 HR, 4 RBI.

Only two other people in the lineup have hit ONE HR off Silva… A-Rod (.417 lifetime vs. Silva) and Melky (.429 lifetime vs. Silva).

Here’s hoping Cano’s slump is over and his hot streak continues. Sounds like, historically, Robinson will tee off against Silva today.

Then all the ‘trade Cano’ fools will hush up.
