Sabathia is going nowhere until at least the end of July. Cleveland is not out of the picture in the AL Central Division. A good 2 week stretch could find them on the doorstep of 1st place. IMHO McCutchen is not the answer to fill in for Wang. I was down in Norfolk last night to watch, and while I was cheering for him in pitching a complete game, the Tides pretty much...suck. I'm not saying that I think McCutchen is bad, just don't think he's as good as his numbers from yesterday imply. In other news from the SWB game, Matt Carson hit 2 homers (one solo, one for 3 runs). Cody Ransom also hit a homer. Brett Gardner hit a leadoff triple in the first, and later he threw someone out at home by a couple of feet from mid to deep left field. IMHO McCutchen is not the answer to fill in for Wang. I was down in Norfolk last night to watch, and while I was cheering for him in pitching a complete game, the Tides pretty much…suck. I’m not saying that I think McCutchen is bad, just don’t think he’s as good as his numbers from yesterday imply.
