Secondly, I dont doubt that someone was physically assaulted in New York. Yankees fans have the least amount of class in all of sports. However, I made sure I was not obnoxious. I did recieve a few stares walking around the city decked out in Sox gear, on the other hand. This is what ruins the fun of the rivarly: dumb fans. I've read about so many stupid Sox and Yankee fans getting into fights. I even read one story about a Yankee fan running over a Sox fan in his car. I don't care who supports which team, there are tons of dumb@$$es on both sides of the rivalry. With that being said, suing the Yankees because their fans attacked you is right up there with suing McDonalds cause your coffee was hot.
