True story: My first game was at Fenway Park when I was 3(my entire mom's side of the family is from Boston). In the third inning, the lights go out, and I cry to the point where my parents have to take me out of the game. I'm not one to believe in supernatural forces, but somethings was certainly trying to tell me something that night.

Attention Sheeple,

I am canceling my subscription to HBO for airing Generation Kill. This is a liberal series from the view of an embeded Rolling Stone Reporter.

Any embeded Rolling Stone reporters with the KGB Red Army in Georgia? That would be a good mini series.

Pete, you don't owe any one an explanation for what you post. This was one of the best posts I've read this week from any blogger anywhere. Melky is not good, period. That's all there is to it. Beach volleyball is not a sport. Who are we kidding? Women jumping around in the sand? Get rid of the sand and it might be a sport but I don't follow it. People are so up in celebrity's butts it's sickening.

The South was like a kid who hits three homers in his first three at-bats and then after he pops up in his fourth at-bat, steals the ball and runs away crying and whining that everybody is mean for not letting the ball drop so he can run around the bases.

Anyone with knowledge of Frankie Cervelli's recent number would join me in despising Joe Maddon! I don't know what position or if he ever played MLB or any PB, but, if I'm correct he coached under a former MLB catcher. What idiot would support that Spring Training collision!!!

I have posted on several blogs since October 2007 that I suggest giving ball and strikes to Questech. That would also SHORTEN THE GAME!!!

Hank is definitely the "bluff and bluster" of the Yankee's Front Office. But, it's interesting to note that Hal threw the "financial curve ball/bluff" in July! And thank God or at least Jesus (Montero who I saw this weekend) that they draw the press away from Brian Cashman.

I agree with everything except the knock on Cotton-Eyed Joe. In fact, I think dancing to Cotton-Eyed Joe should become an Olympic sport.

as for the blackjack, wallypip made a great post.

it really doesn't matter what the last guy on the table gets, it's just the fact that you know what the dealer would've had... and that clouds up your head.
