If he didn't have that horrible start to the season..and his stats looked different we wouldn't be having this conversation. He is very talented and has so much potential. It's not like he is hitting .200. He set a huge hole for himself..and its hard to dig yourself out once his average got so low. I am not happy with his performance of late, and it's about time they did something about it. Trust me..if he got traded...and he turned into a superstar..it will drive you crazy. Maybe there were times he should have sat out due to injuries but even then he always gave his all. Whether you like him or not I don't think anyone could ever say he wasn't the ultimate team player. It's been team first for Jeter his whole career by trying to give the best of himself at all times so please think before you type next time. Go Yankees !!!!
