I don't think it's too much of a stretch to see that the Yankees have been burned with recent free agent signings, and will be very very cautious about who they spend their money for, and how much they're willing to spend. Oh, and one other thing, SABATHIA IS NOT COMING TO NEW YORK TO PLAY FOR THE YANKEES! GET OVER IT! If he comes to New York, it will be to play in the NL for the Mets. You think he wants to come back here and pitch to the DH, and all the boppers that are here in the AL? I don’t think it’s too much of a stretch to see that the Yankees have been burned with recent free agent signings, and will be very very cautious about who they spend their money for, and how much they’re willing to spend.
