Until it is known who will the GM, "who will go, who will stay and who will be added (via trade or free agency)" is pure speculation. Having said that, if Cashman returns it's unlikely there will be many changes, and most of the boys will be back. If we have a new GM, there's a good chance the changes will be considerable with a team structured to the liking of the "new guy", assuming it is someone from outside the organization. The restraints will be the requirement of fielding a competitive team for obvious reasons....stated otherwise, there will be no dramatic overhaul in "the interests of rebuilding".

A really great race would be seeing NYY, Boston, Toronto and Tampa Bay at 100% health have everyone having their normal season next year.

Mark

I can certainly appreciate the frustration with the trolls.

And I also know that even though the Sox had a number of injuries I think the injuries to Posada, Wang, and Chamberlain were really tough on the Yankees.

Had they been healthy we could be looking a very different postseason.

Gotta love Bartola Colon.

he was granted permission to go home to attend topersonal mattes then when home told the Sox he isnt coming back. According to SPortscenter Francona said it was because he wasnt happy with the teams plan touse him in the bullpen as he wants to starts.

This guys has got to be delusional at best.

jen, I'm thinking that a clip will soon be available on mlb.com. It will definitely be shown on Sports Center and ESPNews if you have the head to sit through them - or definitely the late edition of Baseball Tonight.
