I'm particularly concerned about the fact that he seems oblivious to the fact that his 3rd base coach needs to be replaced. Even his own players were ignoring Mecham's signs towards the end of the season. Unfortunately for Giradi, he often comes off as delusional, rather than positive to those of us who happen to be realists in the world (unlike so many of the posters on this blog).
