My vote for the city to get the “loser’s mantle” goes to Cleveland.

Maybe Lebron & Co. change that this year, but Cavs? Not yet. Indians? Not since 1948. Browns? Not since 1964.

Mel- Definitely I like that he sees the players who are winners or willing to buy in and he plays them. Such as David Lee, Wilson Chandler, Duhon even Z-bo and Jamal I know its only 1 game but he seems like he gets max effort from the guys he chooses to play. With Isiah you could barely tell if this team was being coached at all.

Al,

D’antoni’s philosophy is 7 seconds or less. The priority is putting up lots of points. The point is just score 1 more than the other guy.

I told Brandon over the summer, too, that D’antoni will bring back some of the shine to a franchise that was allowed to tarnish under Isiah’s watch.

Of course, some writer at Fox is now writing that story.

It’ll be fun, entertaining basketball and you’ll get quite a few wins if everyone can buy into it. The only trick is the guys have to make their shots.

I think at this point the Knicks would still lose by 20 to the Celts but I think the Lakers could give them fits.

The Clips actually led at one point, but the Bench Mob went on a 17-0 run, led by Farm Boy.

They didn’t have Camby and someone else.

I had let it all go, but I watched a video at True Hoops about all the dirty tricks, hard fouls, and illegal screens set by your C’s in the Finals and it got me riled up again.

The league is on to you!
