Not great, but certainly 28 starts/yr is not in the category of "hurt all the time". He excelled this year against the Yanks and Sawx and seems to love the attention that goes with a packed house for games like that. No question he's risky, but almost all FA pitchers are. I prefer high risk/high reward to average risk/average reward. Of course it's not my money! AJ Burnett has made 112 starts the last four years. Just watching him stick it to the sox every time they met would be worth it, the curse of the bambino part two. Thinking of him and arod back to back in a batting order is unreal... I really don't like him (the posing for HR's, the act, the fielding) and yet, want him on the team.
