Alfredo is a great pitcher. I am so proud to see a Mexican player like him make it big in MLB. My family and I are big Yankee fans and now are Alfredo’s #1 fans in Orange County. He is so down to earth. He takes the time to talk to his fans and sign. Never forgets where he came from!

FYI, Jorge Mexico’s uncle’s friend’s neighbor witnessed his birth in a barn on a farm exactly 26 years ago.

So there’s your proof! If you wipe off the manure on the birth certificate, you’ll see that it’s unquestionably authentic!

I don’t know why people are discounting Alfredo as being a good starter option. Good command of lots of pitches with movement, changes speeds, & seems cool under pressure. In my mind he knows how to pitch & deserves a real shot as a starter.
Much as I love Andy, his finish to last season was painful to watch. Not sure if it was that he was pitching hurt & is something he can recover from, or if it was just the end of the line. In any case, paying him more than $12Mil would not be a worthwhile risk IMO.
