I do feel bad for Oliva -- before his career was cut short by injury, he was a terror at the plate -- hitting over .310 from 1964-71, knocking out over 30 doubles & around 20 HRs per year. I can't think of too many players from that era that one would have traded him for even-up -- obviously taking out of consideration the fact that he was injured and never the same player again after 1971.
