If CC does well and is still a no.1 pitcher he will opt out for more money and west coast.. If he doesnt do well, then he will remain a yankee and collect the 160 million that he is owed.. So eventually for the yanks, if he is excellent they will lose him after 3 years.. If he is good or just average, the yanks are stuck with him..
